Jeffrey Angley has practiced in real estate, land use and zoning litigation for 25 years. He is highly versed in the Massachusetts Zoning Act, the Subdivision Control Act, and local, state and federal regulations affecting development, and particularly in the Eastern Massachusetts including Barnstable, Bristol, Middlesex, Norfolk, Plymouth and Suffolk counties. He regularly litigates cases in the Land Court, Superior Court, federal court, and DEP administrative hearings.
