When appealing a denied permit or use, Mr. Angley puts considerable effort into analyzing the law and the administrative aspects behind the denial. He reviews the site plan or permit application with a fine-toothed comb to rethink the project, recommend viable changes, and then pushes the permit through as hard and as fast as possible.
