Kate G. Weinstein joined the firm as an associate in January 2008. Her areas of practice are Land Use, Environmental Law and Property Rights Litigation. She is admitted to practice law in Massachusetts, and is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association and the Women's Bar Association. Ms. Weinstein received a J.D. in 2006 from the University of San Diego, where she was a member of the Appellate Moot Court Executive Board and advocated for environmental and property rights as part of the San Diego Environmental Clinic. She received a B.A., cum laude, from Boston University, Boston, MA.
